PICHLI POST ME HAMNE PADHA THA KIN SOORTO ME ROZA CHORDNE KI IJAZAT HAI, AAIYE AB TAFSILI BAYAN PADTE HAIN KAB ROZA CHORD SAKTE HAI AUR KIN KIN MAJBURIYO ME CHORD SAKTE HAI



الصَّلٰوةُ وَالسَّلاَمُ عَلَيكَ يا سيَّدی یا رسولَ الله"
KE 33 HURUF KI NISBAT
 SE ROZA NA RAKHNE KI
 IJAAZAT PAR MABNI 
33 PER

 (magar woh majburi khatm
 ho Jane ki surat me
har roze ke badle ek 
roza kaza rakhna hoga)

(1) : musafir ko roza
 rakhne ya na rakhne
 ka ikhtiyar hai !

 musafir ko Aur uske
 sath wale ko roza
 rakhne me zarar
 ( ya'ni nuqsaan) 
na pohche to roza
 rakhna safar me
 behtar hai Aur Agar

kisi ek ko nuqsaan 
ho raha ho to roza
 na rakhna behtar hai !

 kubra se peshtar iqamat
ki aur abhi khuch khaya

(18) : agar esa budha 
garmiyo me roze nahi
 rakh sakta to na rakhe
magar is ke badle sardiyo
 me rakhna farz hai !

 ba'ad roze rakhne ki
 taqat aa gayi to diya
 hua fidya sadqaye nafal
 ho gaya ! un roze ki
 kaza rakhe !

 shuru ramzaan hi me
pure ramzaan ka ek dam
 fidya de den ya

 ho utne hi masaakin ko
 alag alag den !
balki ek hi miskeen ko
 kayi din ke liye bhi diye 
ja sakte hain !

 shuru karne wale par Ab
 pura karna vajib ho jata 
hai ki todh diya to kaza
 vajib hogi !

 yeh gumaan karke
 roza rakha ki mere
 zimme koi roza hai
 magar roza shuru
 Karne ke ba'ad
 ma'lum hua ki
 mujpar kisi kism
ka koi roza nahi
 hai, Ab agar
 foran todh diya
 to kuch nahi
 aur yeh ma'lum
 karne ke ba'ad
 agar forna na
 todha, to Ab nahi
todh sakte, agar
 todhenge to kaza
vajib hogi !

qasdan nahi todha
 balki bila ikhtiyar tut
 gaya maslan dorane
 roza aurat ko hez 
agaya, jab bhi kaza 
vajib hai !

 ke 4 din ya'ni 10,11,12,13
jul hijjatul haraam
 me se kisi bhi din ka
 roza e nafl rakh to
 ( chunki is 5dino me roza
rakhna haraam hai lihaza)
 in roze ka pura karna vajib
 nahi ! na iske todhne par
 kaza vajib, balki iska todh
 dena hi vajib hai !
aur agar in dino me roza
 rakhne ki mannat maani
 to mannat puri karni
 vajib hai magar in Dino
 me nahi, balki aur dino me !

(26) : NAFL roza
 bila uzr todh dena
 najaiz hai !mehmaan
ke sath agar mezbaan
 na khayega to use na
 gawara hoga ya mehman
 agar khana na khayega
 to mezbaan ko aziyyat
 hogi to nafl roza thodh
 dene ke liye yeh uzr hai !

basharte ki yeh barosa
 ho ki iski kaza rakh
 lega aur zahwaye
 kubra se pehle todh
 den ba'ad ko nahi !

 zahwaye kubra se

 hai jab ki da'wat karne
 wala mehez is ki 
mojudgi par razi na ho
 aur uske na khane
ke sabab naraz ho 
basharte ki yeh
 bharosa ho ki ba'ad
 me rakh lega,
 lihaza Ab roza todh le
 aur uski kaza rakhe !
lekin agar da'wat karne
 wala mehez uski
 mojudgi par razi ho jaye
 aur na khane par Naraz
 na ho to roza todhne
ki ijaazat nahi !

 ke ba'ad ma baap
 ki narazgi ke sabab todh
 sakta hai! Aur isme Asr
 se pehle tak todh sakta
 hai ba'ade Asr nahi !

 ki ijazat ke nafl Aur 
mannat ve qasam ke roze
na rakhe Aur rakh liye
 to shohar tudhwa sakta

 me bhi shohar ki 
ijazat darkaar hai !
ya shohar Aur uske
 darmiyan judayi
 ho jaye ya'ni talaqe
 bayin ( talaqe bayin
 us talaq ko kehte hai
 jisse biwi nikah se
 bahar ho jati hai,
Ab shohar ruju nahi
 kar sakta) de de ya
 mar jaye! ha Agar
roza rakhne me
 shohar ka kuch
haraz na ho, 
maslan woh safar
me hai ya bimaar
 hai ya Ahraam me
 hai to in halato me
 bigair ijazat ke bhi
 roza rakh sakti hai
 balki woh man'a kare
 jab bhi rakh sakti hai !
Albatta in dino me bhi
shohar ki ijazat ki
 bigair nafl roza nahi
 rakh sakti !

 Aur kazaye ramazanul 
Mubarak ke liye shohar
 ki ijazat ki kuch zarurat
 nahi balki us ki 
muma n'at par bhi rakhe !

(31). : Agar aap kisi ke
 mulazim hai ya

 par kaam karte hain

 susti Ayegi ! ha Agar
 roza rakhne ke ba
 vajud Aap ba qayda
 kaam kar sakte hain,
 uske kaam me kisi.
 qism ki kotahi nahi 
hoti, kaam pura ho
 jata hai ! to Ab nafl
 roze ki ijazat lene
 ki zarurat nahi !
