zibah karne se pehle churi ko tez kar liya jaye aur zibah ke ba'b jab tak janwar thnda na ho jaye aur uske tamam aaza se ruh nikal na jaye us waqt tak hath pav na Kate aur na khal utare !!
aur behtar yeh hai ki apni qurbani apne hath se kare agar achi tarah zibah karna janta ho aur agar achi tarah zibah karna nahi janta ho to dusre ko hukm de ki wo zibah kare magar is surat me behtar yeh hai ki vaqte qurbani hazir ho, qurbani se pehle use chara pani de ya'ni bhuka piyasa zibah na kare !!

اللّٰهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِننِیْ ڪَمَا تَقَبَّلْتَ مِنْ خَلِيْلِڪَ اِبْرَاھِيمَ عَلَيهِ الصَّلوٰةُ وَالسَّلاَمُ وَحَبِيْبِڪَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّی اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ
is tarah  zibah kare ki charo rage kat jaye ya kam az kam teen rag kat jaye is tarah se ziyada na kate ki churi gardan ke muhre tak pohoch  jaye ki ye bevajah ki taklif hai  !! agar dusre ki taraf se zibah kiya to minni ki jagah min kehkar uska naam le  !!
aur agar wo janwar mushtarak hai jese gaaye uoooth to vajan se gosht taqsim kiya jaye mehez takhmeene se taqsim na kare fir us gosht ke teen hisse karke ek hissa fuqara par tasadduq kare aur ek hissa dost ve ahubab ke yaha bhej de aur ek hissa apne ghar valo ke liye rakhe , usme se khud bhi kha le aur agar ahlo ayaal ziyada ho to tihayi se ziyada balki kul gosht bhi ghar ke sarf me la sakta hai  !!
aur qurbani ki khal apne kaam me la sakta hai aur ho sake to kisi nek kaam ke liye de de maslan ahle sunnat ki masjid ya madarse ko de de ya kisi musalman faqeer ko de de !!
ba'z maqamat par yeh khal imame masjid ko di jati hai agar imam ki tankhuwah me na di jati balki iaanat ke tor par hoto harz nahi !!

MUSAFIR PAR QURBANI
 VAJIB HAI YA NAHI?
 HAMARE YAHA SE JO
 KHUSH NASEEB
 AASHIQANE RASOOL
 HAJJ KE LIYE JATE HAI
 UN PAR QURBANI KI 
KYA SURAT HAI?
 BAKRAEID KI QURBANI
 WO KARENGE YA UNKI TARAF
 SE HAM KARENGE?

 qurbani wajib hone ki
 sharto me se ek shart
 muqim hona hai
 lihaza musafir par qurbani wajib nahi,
 ha agar wo kare to
 nafli hogi!! aur wo 
sawab payega!!
 lekin yaad rahe ki
 musafir se murad
 wo sharai musafir
hai ya'ni Jo kam Az
 kam sadhe sattavan
 meel ya'ni takriban
 92 kilomiter ke fasle

 dasvi zilhijja ko badhe
 shetan ko kankari marne
 ke ba'ad qurban gah
 tashrif lakar Jo qurbani 
karte hai ye wo qurbani
 nahi Jo bakraeid me
 hua karti hai balki
 ye hajj ke shukrane
 ki qurbani hai Jo
 qarin aur mutmatte
 par wajib hai chahe
 wo faqeer hi q na ho
 aur mufrid ke liye
 mustahab hai chahe
 weh gani (maldar)
 hi q na ho!!
aur aapne Jo suwal
 me kaha ki pak ve hind
ke logo par vaha bakraeid
ki qurbani wajib nahi"
 yeh mutlaqan nahi 
kaha jayega balki
 mas'ala yeh hai ki
 muqim maldar haji
 par bakraeid ki

 agarche maldar ho
 Ab khwah wo haji

qurbani ho rahi hai

bhai esi bat nhi hai Agar gosh nahi doge toh uske Khun laga hua Hoga ya Kuch Na jasat Lagi Hui hogi aur Khun j jo hai peshab ki tarah napak hai Aur dhoke saaf karke hi pakaya kare
